PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This Court has already protected the interest of the petitioners by granting interim relief in terms of prayer clause (E) and (F) of the writ petition. It is informed that the petitioner/applicant no.2 appeared for the final year BDS (Semester-II Summer 2015) examination, however, her result has not yet been declared. 2) Since the caste certificate validation claim of applicant No.2 is under consideration before the Caste Scrutiny Committee concerned, we direct Respondent No.3 - University to declare result of the applicant/petitioner No.2 in respect of the Final year BDS (Semester-II Summer2015) examination, forthwith. 3) It would be open for the applicant/petitioner to avail of the appropriate remedies in respect of verification/revaluation of the marks obtained in the examination, if deemed necessary on declaration of the result. Civil Application is disposed of.
