DATE : 22.09.2021 PER COURT :- This is an application for suspension of substantive sentence and for grant of bail during pendency of this appeal. The applicants have been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 506 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The applicants were sentenced to suffer RI for one year for the offences under Sections 148, 324 and 506 of IPC. They were also sentenced to suffer SI for six months under Section 147 of the IPC. The applicants were on bail during pendency of the trial. Even after conviction they have been released on bail upto 26th September, 2021. 2.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the criminal application is allowed. The applicants are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/- each with condition that
