PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 - Committee, on instructions, states that within a period of four months from today, the tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided and this Court may grant extension of time to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner.

2) At the request of learned Counsel for the Respondent/Committee, time is extended by four months from today for taking a decision in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner.

3) The petitioner was already protected by interim order of this Court and she was also permitted to appear for the examination. Since the result of the examination of the petitioner has not yet been declared, we direct Respondent No.4-University to declare the result of the petitioner forthwith; and if found eligible, permit her for the next examination.

4) With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
