The learned Additional Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Commissioner under Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. 2.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
