Heard learned counsel for the respondent.

The petitioner is seeking a way to the land allotted to him for educational purpose under lease agreement. Since the terms of lease agreement were not fulfilled, the petitioner approached this Court for direction to the sole respondent to lay a road so that the educational purpose may be served.

Learned counsel Mr.Urgunde appearing for the sole respondent states that the respondent is ready to lay the road as per the lease agreement. On the basis of the statement, nothing remains in this petition.

Hence we dispose of this petition by directing sole respondent to lay the road to approach the school of petitioner within two (02) months from today.
