ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 Radhabai Shivaji Jindam, on record, who admittedly died on 04.05.2020 as per the death certifcate annexed. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the legal heirs of deceased Radhabai are already on record in the appeal as respondent Nos.2 to 7. The said fact is also confrmed by the learned Counsel for original respondent Nos.1 to 3 in the appeal. As such, only name of Radhabai is to be deleted from the array of respondents. Thus, the application is allowed with direction to original appellants to delete the name of respondent No.1 Radhabai forthwith. The application is accordingly disposed of.
