Petitioners have challenged the order dated 26th July, 2022 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad. Learned AGP submits that the petitioners have a remedy of revision before the Government. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are questions of law involved in the petition. Therefore, revision need not be preferred.

No extra ordinary circumstance is brought on record to entertain the petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Petitioners have remedy of revision. Since there is alternate remedy, the petition cannot be entertained. Hence the petition is disposed of.
