Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that fine amount is already deposited. So far as the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- as is ordered to be recovered from the applicant is concerned, the applicant will deposit Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty thousand) within a period of two weeks from today.
