Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation as deposited by the Acquiring Body. This Court vide order dated 11.10.2022 in other connected matters has already permitted the applicant therein to withdraw entire amount of compensation. As such, the applicant herein is also permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon till date, on furnishing usual undertaking before the Reference Court.

The applicant is further permitted to withdraw remaining 25% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing solvent surety / security before the Reference Court.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
