Bail was granted for a period of 45 days. A request is now being made to extend the period. 2] The temporary bail granted by this Court by order dated 21/09/2020 shall stand extended by a further period of 30 days at a time till such notification/recommendation is withdrawn, however, the applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station on expiry of every 30 days period.
