Present applicant is booked for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 193, 199, 200 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No. 49 of 2015, registered with Bodhwad police District Jalgaon.

The accusation against the present applicant is, he has recommended the candidature of Shobhabai Vijaysing Patil after death of Mukhtyarsing Sukhdeo Patil though she was not daughter of said Mukhtyarsing and was with family of one Vijaysing. 3.

It is not in dispute that the co-signatory Sarpanch is already released on pre-arrest bail on the said accusation. In view thereof, in my opinion, the applicant is entitled for parity. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:- (a) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 49 of 2015 registered with Bodwad Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 193, 200 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station initially for three days between 10-00 a.m. to 11-00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer, till filing of the charge sheet.

(c) The application is allowed in above terms.
