So far as the application for condonation of delay is concerned, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the connected appeals, this Court by order dated 17th December, 2015 has condoned the delay. The learned AGP has also not disputed this position. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 890 days caused in filing the first appeal is condoned on the condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the delayed period over the enhanced amount.

Civil Application is allowed and accordingly disposed of. 5.

First Appeal is admitted.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondents.
