Mr. Salgare, the learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is making a limited prayer that is, application be processed as per the Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2017 and the Corrigendum dated 17th May, 2017.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel submits that action will be taken as per the Government Resolution. 3.

The respondents have to act as per the relevant Government Resolutions. As the online application is made, the respondents shall take a decision in view of the Government Resolutions on its own merits.
