Leave to correct the serial numbers of the respondents. 2.

Though we find that a private dispute exists in between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to the extent of the failure on the part of the Education Society in paying the salary of the petitioner, we are permitting the petitioner to prefer a representation to respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary) and specifically point out his grievance that he is not paid salary by the Private Management. Since the Governing Authority is the Education Officer (Secondary), he would consider the grievance of the petitioner and issue necessary khs/April 2022/1398

- 2 - instructions to the Management on the merits of the grievance. If such a representation is filed within two weeks from today, we expect the Education Officer to pass an order on or before 10.05.2022. 3.
