This civil application suffers from a delay of 55 days. Civil Application No.9632/2022, seeking restoration of the Public Interest Litigation, was dismissed in default on account of nonremoval of office objections. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 9. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, subject to the following conditions :-

13483.22ca (2) (a) All office objections in Civil Application No.9632/2022 shall be removed on or before 04/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, civil application No.9632/2022 shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, list Civil Application No.9632/2022 in the 'urgent orders' category on 07/10/2022.
