We have perused the contents of the F.I.R No.0639 registered on 02.07.2024 with the Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar under the provisions of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits on instructions that since the charge-sheet has been filed, the Applicant desires to avail of the remedy of discharge. It is prayed that the withdrawal of this Application should not be an impediment.
