The application is for fixing early date of hearing of appeal. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the past, on two occasions the appeal was fixed for final hearing, but somehow it could not be heard. As such, she is praying for fixing the appeal on any earlier date for final hearing. However, currently the Court is having assignment of
