Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondents 1, 2 and 3. Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel waives notice for respondents 4 and 5. Mr. Gunale, learned counsel waives notice for respondents 6 and 7.

The grievance of the applicant/petitioner is that in the order dated 7th August, 2015 passed in Writ Petition No.7617/2013, this Court did not observe anything about higher pay scale and regularization of service for the period from 15.06.2012 to 11.07.2012. 1/2

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents.

When we had said about necessary increments, the same would also mean higher pay scale. We hereby clarify that para (2) of the order dated 7th August, 2015 shall also mean that the respondent- Management shall give necessary increment to Petitioner No.1 and the higher pay scale as is permissible and admissible in law.

Vide the said order, the respondent Management is also directed to complete the service book. The respondent Management and the authorities shall also consider on its own merits, the case of the petitioner for regularization of his service between 15.06.2012 to 11.7.2012. The same be done within a period of six months.

Civil application stands disposed of with aforesaid clarification.
