We have perused the prayer clauses in the light of the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioners.

It would be appreciable if the District Collector of Ahmednagar considers the representation dated 25.09.2020 pending before him and consider their grievances in relation to the removal of encroachment on 33 feet Shiv Road passing from Newasa - Mukindpur towards Handinimgaon. The District Collector shall initiate appropriate steps on the representation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th April, 2022.
