By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that his caste claim which is pending before Respondent No.2-Committee be decided expeditiously.

It is a matter of fact that caste claim of the petitioner is pending before Respondent No.2-Committee, since 07.05.2025 and yet to be decided. We direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.
