The petitioner as well as the respondent complainant are present before the this Court. They are husband and wife. Earlier there was a matrimonial dispute pending between them. The offence punishable under Section 66 (a) & (c) of the Information Technology Act was alleged by the complainant/wife. It was her complaint that password of her facebook account was unauthorizedly changed which caused loss to her.

During investigation it was found that none else but her husband-applicant did this mischief. But now parties have settled the dispute. They are mutually

( 2 ) criapln4410.16 separating and seeking divorce by mutual consent. They also want to put an end to this litigation.
