It is submitted that under the award dated 30.07.2016 the land of the petitioners is acquired, however, the petitioners are not yet paid the compensation amount.

If the petitioners are entitled to be given the compensation as per the award dated 30.07.2016, then the respondents shall pay the amount to the petitioners as per the entitlement of the petitioners in terms of the award dated 30.07.2016, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
