Learned Advocate Mr. M.P. Kale submits that his client could not get the order, which he intended to produce on record, showing that the applicant was directed to pay penalty of Rs.1,30,900/-, and therefore, he would seek only modification in respect of extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, as ordered by this Court in Criminal Application No.1677 of 2020 on 24.11.2020.

Since the time to deposit the said amount has lapsed, there is no hurdle in granting extension. Therefore, the time, to deposit the amount as

Cri.Appln_2260_2020 stated in para No.(III)(2) of operative part in Criminal Application No.1677 of 2020 and companion matters decided by this Court on 24.11.2020, is hereby extended by one month from today. If the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is deposited within a period of one month from today, then the Tractor bearing registration No.MH-22-AD-2434 and Trolly bearing registration No.MH-22AM-4906 be released in favour of the applicant. The rest of the order to remain as it is.

Application stands disposed of.
