1] These two civil applications seek leave to amend the memo of the writ petitions and include the challenge to

CA 11661/16 in WP 9597/15 & another - 2 - the validity of Section 10 of the Indian Telegraph Act. 2] We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3] The writ petitions are not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the respondents will have every right to controvert the pleadings sought to be made by way of amendment by filing their reply.

4] Considering the above, the civil applications seeking leave to amend are allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
