Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that due to efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. 2.

This petition pertains to the election of the society for the period from 2008 to 2013. Even during pendency of this writ petition subsequent elections from 2013 onwards were held. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

In view of dismissal of writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in civil application No. 8991 of 2009 and the same is also disposed of.
