By the present application, the applicant - Municipal Council is seeking condonation of delay caused of more than 30 years in filing review application. On perusal of the application, it is noticed that, only because MLA Shri Abdulla Khan Durani has raised an objection, the review application seems to have been filed. There is no other reason assigned in the application to justify the delay, which has occurred.

Apart from the above, it is brought to my notice that, against the decision rendered by this Court in the aforesaid appeal, LPA was preferred and the same was dismissed.

2 5634.2018.CA.doc Thereafter, the Municipal Council had approached the Hon'ble Apex Court and the appeal was also dismissed. In the circumstances, for all above reasons, I see no reason to even entertain this application. The application being devoid of any substance deserves to be rejected and is accordingly rejected.
