The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 has tendered across Bar the copy of the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent No.3. Same is taken on record. In the light of the statement made in para 4 of the said affidavit in reply that, the answering respondent undertakes to absorb the present petitioner no.1 in the month of June, 2016, the grievance of petitioner no.1 stands satisfied.

Already Respondent No.4 - Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar has also filed affidavit in reply. In para 7 of the said affidavit in reply, it is stated that, considering vacancy in the Nandurbar district, the Education Department has forwarded the proposal of petitioner no.2 for absorption with the General Administration Department of Zilla Parishad on 18.01.2016. In the light of statement in para 7 of the said affidavit in reply, we hope and expect that the petitioner no.2 will be absorbed in Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar expeditiously.
