Even if the claim of the petitioner is considered, keeping aside the technical objections, since the petitioner has secured quite less number of marks, he cannot be considered on the basis of individual merit. There is a vast difference in the marks secured by the petitioner and the last candidate admitted to the course.

In view of the above, no interference is called for in extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
