It is a habeas corpus matter and the present petitioner has requested to take action in respect of her son who is apparently in the custody of the father. Though some proceedings are already filed and orders are made in favour of the petitioner, as per the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is not able to get the custody. Even if those contentions are accepted as they are, this Court is not expected to exercise the jurisdiction of habeas corpus in such matters. Petition is disposed of. [M.G. SEWLIKAR, J.] [T.V.
