Peruse the notes of evidence. It appears that the evidence of the prosecution witnesses, more particularly PW-7, has not been properly appreciated by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gangakhed. In that view of the matter, the case is established for allowing this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed seeking leave to appeal and the same stands disposed of.
