By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee, to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, expeditiously.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is in service and she is apprehending her termination, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee, to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, within a period of three months, from today. 4.

Pending the said decision,the Employer/s of the petitioner, shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner, solely on the ground that, the petitioner's caste claim is pending. 5.

We make it clear that, the protection granted by us shall operate
