Perusal of the record indicates that in respect of incident occurred on 31/05/2023 two reports came to be lodged one at the instance of applicant side and another at the instance of informant side. The record further indicates that in the said incident both sides suffered simple injuries. As far as present applicant is concerned, the allegations against him is not causing assault on the head of the informant. Injury certificate placed on record indicates that simple injury was sustained by him.

There are disputes between the parties and in the incident in question it appears that there was a free fight between them which has resulted in the causing of simple injury. Having regard to these facts liberty of the applicant is protected only because he aged about 21 years 986.aba1265.23.odt

and is a student. Hence the order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No. 168/2023, registered with Dharur Police Station, Tal. Dharur, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 326, 324, 504, 506, 149 of IPC, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iii) He shall attend the concerned police station once in a week till filing of the charge-sheet.

(iv) He shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly. (v) He shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(vi) He is further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation.
