The applicant prays for direction to the petitioner to implement the judgment of the School Tribunal, dated 17.12.2015. 2.

Considering the fact that the ad-interim relief granted by this Court has already been vacated and the impugned judgment of the Tribunal has not been stayed, by order dated 22.4.2016, I do not find that this Court requires to consider this Civil Application. No orders are, therefore, required considering the above.
