This is an application seeking review of the order dated 10th July, 2015, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11386/2014. According to the petitioner, on number of occasions, whenever the tender offer made by the review applicant was noticed to be lowest one, the establishment has proceeded to direct cancellation of the whole tender process. The petitioner alleges mala fides in the action of the respondents in directing cancellation of the tender process. 2.

There is no material to substantiate the contention. It is not a case of the petitioner that the establishment has floated the tender in respect of same work at subsequent stage. The apprehension expressed by the petitioner appears to be, prima facie, misplaced.
