We have heard the learned advocates for the appellants for sometime. They sought a pass over to take instructions. 2.

After the appeals were called out post lunch break, the learned advocates submit, on instructions, that the appellants desire to withdraw these appeals with a request that the special case before the Trial Court be expedited and in the event, the special case is not

*2* 902apeal635a643o20 concluded within the time frame, they may be granted liberty to renew their request before the Trial Court since they are behind the bars since 20.07.2020.

In view of the above, both these Criminal Appeals are disposed off as withdrawn. We request the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Basmathnagar to decide Special Case No.41/2020 as far as possible before 31.07.2021.

In the event, the trial is not concluded within the said time frame and if the accused are not responsible for delaying the matter, they would be at liberty to renew their request for regular bail before the Trial Court.
