Learned APP places on record the communication from the investigating officer to him dated 09.09.2025 stating that upon investigation, it has been found that sufficient evidence against the applicant has not been found and, therefore, he has filed 'A' summary before the Trial Court on 21.08.2025 and it is pending. 2.

Now, the Trial Court would take further procedure as contemplated under law when 'A' summary has been filed.
