Heard Mr. Indrajeet Chandorikar, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGP for the State and learned ASGI for respondents No. 2 and 3.

By these applications, the applicant prays for amendment to the writ petition. It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that, during the pendency of this petition, certain transfer orders are passed and in view of those transfer orders, some consequential orders are also passed. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, these are the developments took place during the pendency of the petition. As such, it would be necessary to bring these facts before the Court and by incorporating these facts in the petition, the texture of the petition would not change. The learned counsel for the applicants further submits that, the amendment would not cause any prejudice to the respondents as the orders are passed by the State Government and the applicant is placing these orders on the record and make the submissions in view of these orders. 3.

In view of the submissions so made by the counsel for the applicants, the applications are allowed. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
