Learned counsel for the insurance company objects to permit withdrawal of amount.

In the fitness of things, 60% of the amount in deposit be paid to the applicants in equal proportion against an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 40% amount be invested in fixed deposit with any of the nationalised bank, pending the appeal. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
