In view of written instructions, which is marked as "X" for identification, both Second Appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

In view of dismissal of both Second Appeals learned Advocate Mr. Sushilkumar H. Tripathi, appearing for respondents placed on record written instructions received from his client Shri B.R. Challate dated 23.02.2025 and submits that his client do not want to press the Cross Objections. 4.

In that view of the matter, both Cross-Objections stand dismissed and disposed off as withdrawn.
