2] The petitioner has secured admission to II year Direct Engineering Course as against a seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. The petitioner possesses of the certificate issued by the competent authority and the same is stated to have been referred for validation to the scrutiny committee and the proposal is pending. The petitioner contends that the last date prescribed for submission of validation certificate by the admission authority is 30/8/2018, the proposal tendered by the petitioner for validation of the tribe claim is pending with the scrutiny committee since 2015.

-23] In these circumstances, we expect the scrutiny committee to take appropriate decision in the matter before the cut off date i.e. 30/8/2018. The petitioner shall cause appearance before the scrutiny committee on 23/8/2018 and as such no separate notice requiring her presence before the committee shall be necessary.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
