This Petition is filed with prayer seeking directions to the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of "Physician" from open category in pursuance to advertisement, which is placed on record at Exhibit-C of the compilation of the Writ Petition. 3.

Upon hearing Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, it is crystal clear that, the petitioner does not possess necessary qualification for appointment on the post of Physician. It is stated in para 3 of the affidavit in reply that, for the post of Physician required qualification is M.D./D.N.B. from any Government recognized University. The candidate shall not be more than 45 years of age and shall have experience of minimum two years in similar category. In said paragraph,

9137.15WP the qualifications of the petitioner are mentioned. The petitioner is having qualification of M.B.B.S., C.P.S. (Diabatology), Diploma in Diabatology and D.N.B. (family medicine).

In that view of the matter, since the petitioner does not possess requisite qualification necessary for appointment on the post of Physician, the Petition is devoid of any substance and hence rejected.
