PER COURT :- 1) This application is filed for permission to amend the prayer clauses. In the prayer clause, the petitioner has prayed for giving directions to the employer to make payment of salary as per the recommendation of the Central Pay Commission with interest and specific mention about 5th or 6th Pay Commission is not there and the petitioners want to add in the prayer clause.
