sr.926,927,963 arisen out of the same group of matters, this Court has condoned the delay by order dated 31.07.2023 in the F.A.St. No.16817/2022. It is submitted that this Court may condone the delay of 935, 1052, 1055 days respectively in the matters on the ground of pandemic situation and poor financial condition at the relevant point of time. 2.

Learned AGP for respondent -State opposes the application and and submits that the References were decided prior to Covid-19 period.

Due to pandemic situation and poor financial condition at the relevant point of time as per the facts of the case, the respective delay in these matters are also condoned subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period. Applications are disposed off accordingly. 4.
