There are several reasons why we should not entertain this petition. Firstly, the petitioner is filed to seek an order directing his employer to transfer him to the place of his choice. Secondly, such prayer can be made alternatively with the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In any case the Administration should take a constructive approach as regards the request made by the petitioner. We will allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition and to make a fresh representation to the authorities who
