The present Civil Application is fled seeking leave to amend the petition.

Mr.Karad, learned Counsel appearing for non applicant no.4 submits that as far as challenge to the order terminating services of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner has an alternate remedy available.

Those are the contentions of merit. Same can be considered at the time of hearing of the petition. The non applicants will have every right to controvert the contentions

In the light of the above, Civil Application for amendment is allowed, keeping objection of the non applicant no.4 open. The petitioner shall carry out the amendment within fourteen days.

Civil Application is disposed of.

Place the writ petition after fve weeks.
