The victim is produced before us by Mr. S. E. Bhutekar (PSI), Police Station Georai, District Beed from Mahila Swadhar Gruh, Beed. She is produced in open Court.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that she is major. On inquiry with the victim, she informs us that she has not been detained by anybody. She admits that she has been lodged in Mahila Swadhar Gruh, Beed. She submits that she wants to be free. 1/3

Considering the fact that the victim is major and expresses her volition to vacate the Mahila Swadhar Gruh, Beed, she is set at liberty. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.

We have told the victim at the end that she is free to go around. 6.

The petitioner claiming to be the husband of the victim has also filed the other petition for quashment of a crime registered against him for the offences punishable under section 363 of Indian Penal Code. 7.

Learned APP in presence of the Investigating Officer makes a statement that the Investigating Officer would file 'C' summary report in that matter.
