Mr.Natu, learned counsel has placed on record the communication made by the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division to the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti Bhokardan, to enquire about the distance between the petitioner and the Respondent School and thereafter take decision.

In view of the same, we are not inclined to go into the merits of the contentions. The matter is already being probed into by the authorities concerned.
