2.

Applicant-wife has filed this application seeking withdrawal of balance amount of Rs. 25,000/- which is deposited in this Court.

3.

It is pointed out that initially, an amount of Rs.75,000/- was directed to be deposited. By an order dated 18.01.2019 passed by this Court, the applicant has withdrawn an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. It is further pointed out that the petition is decided by order dated 03.05.2019. Accordingly, respondent-husband was directed to deposit all the arrears within the given time. 4.

In this view of the matter, the application deserves to be allowed. Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of

{2} ca9728.19.odt Rs. 25,000/- alongwith any interest accrued thereon. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent would submit that the husband has filed review against the judgment and order dated 03.05.2019 passed by this Court.

6.

In view of this, the amount which is being withdrawn by the applicant would obviously be governed by the orders that may be passed in the review application.
