By order dated 24.11.2021 we had dismissed this criminal application for want of prosecution. However, later on at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, we have recalled the said order subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/-. Though the applicant has deposited the costs of Rs.500/- today, however, even till today the amendment is not carried out in the application. On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant is seeking adjournment on the ground that he is not ready to work out the matter. 2.

Criminal application is thus dismissed.
