Mr Tope, the learned counsel for respondent submits that the meeting of the Selection Committee is scheduled. There are 300 cases like that of petitioner. The respondent would take decision about the entitlement of the petitioner for second ACPS benefit. 2.

In view of the statement made, the respondent shall take decision with regard to the entitlement of the second ACPS benefit within two month from today.
